Two revision rounds

Two rounds of adjustments within the confirmed brief, such as wording, captions and timing. They apply to this video, rather than a second product or a new concept.

Commercial use, no service watermark

Use the delivered edit on your site, ads, app listing and social channels. You keep ownership of supplied assets; third-party materials retain their licenses and any restrictions are disclosed.

Audience, key feature and final action

Who is watching, what should they understand, and what should they do next? Describe the main feature, the benefit and the call to action. Point out any claims or wording that must be checked.

Product visuals and brand assets

Provide authorized screenshots, recordings, a logo and any brand colors, fonts or required copy. Remove customer details from screen captures. Send assets, not passwords or production credentials.

Style, format and audio choice

Pick a style reference, the target placement, 16:9 and/or 9:16, the intended length within 30–60 seconds, and English voiceover or music-only. Note names or terms that need specific pronunciation.

The current form accepts URL, email and optional project notes; it does not upload files. Describe available assets in your notes. Asset sharing and the final brief must be arranged and confirmed before a live order starts.

When the delivery estimate starts

Plan for about 3 business days after payment and written order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Missing assets or waiting for script approval may change the agreed date.

Files delivered by email

The agreed MP4 export or exports, SRT captions and thumbnail are sent through the delivery email. Check the files on your intended device and platform, then reply with specific feedback.

What counts as one revision round

One consolidated set of feedback followed by a revised export counts as one round. Gather comments from your team into one list and use timestamps to identify the current scene and requested change.

What revisions cover

Wording, captions, timing and edits within the approved story are covered by the two rounds. A different product, a new concept or work beyond the agreed package needs a separate written scope and quote.

The 3-business-day estimate is for initial delivery. Timing for revised versions is agreed during feedback. Any scope change and its price must be approved before that work begins.
